Credit Note Refunds

Even your credit notes can be refunded. All the appropriate adjustments to the nominal ledger are generated automatically, and customer and supplier account transactions are added accordingly.

Although you would not choose to refund a credit note in the everyday running of your business, you can choose to refund a credit note from the Write Off, Refund and Return wizard in case you make a mistake when you create a credit note.
